Founder of Complete Investigations, Kimberly Downey has a dual bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Central Michigan University. She has worked in an undercover capacity for a mid-Michigan police department and has worked as an investigator for over 28 years for a Michigan private detective firm.
Todd graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Science with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in English. He worked with pharmaceutical companies for more than 20 years and started in sales and climbed the corporate ladder to sales and training leadership.
Nick is Complete Investigation’s Computer Forensic Expert. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communications from Grand Valley State University. He has also been certified by the Police Academy Training Counsel in Cellular Phone Forensics, Wifi Router Interrogations, DVR data analysis cloud-based applications.
Kim is our Social Media Forensic Expert and Internet Evidence Collection and Preservation Expert. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Central Michigan University.
In addition to the team you see above, we have a highly trained team of surveillance experts on staff. To ensure our investigators remain discreet and safe, our field investigator’s identities are always confidential.
Our field investigators have over 10 years of surveillance and investigative experience and have worked with governmental agencies, such as the U.S. Secret Service. Our field investigators have been trained and adhere all federal and state laws yet are still creative and progressive.
