Todd graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Science with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in English. He worked with pharmaceutical companies for more than 20 years and started in sales and climbed the corporate ladder to sales and training leadership. Additionally, Todd has expertise in overseeing national accounts and government contracts.

Todd and his wife have 4 children and 6 dogs. They are both active in volunteering with a non-profit dog rescue program and compete in various shooting sports. Todd enjoys all aspects of hunting and is a certified firearms instructor.
